We are committed to the principles and practice of excellence and conforming to the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard and compliance with contractual, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Our overall objective is to consistently provide patient value and satisfaction in our service through leadership, continuous improvement, employee development, recognition, and social responsibility.  

Our Quality Management System ensures the fulfilment of our patient requirements and provides a framework for measuring and improving our overall business performance, supporting our company strategy, functional goals and facilitates continuous improvement.

We measure Quality objectives based on our Quality Policy for our patients and the ongoing development of the organisation.   Our objectives are regularly reviewed and measured by management.

Our Quality Policy is controlled and maintained as part of the Quality Management System.  It isavailable to interested parties and members of the public on request, and to any persons working for, or on behalf of, the organisation.
